Eligibility and Age Requirement
3.1 Minimum Age
Users must be at least 21 years old to use the uv999 platform. The services on this platform are for those aged 21 and above only. Providing gaming services to minors is completely against uv999's policy.
If a user registers by providing a false age and it is later proven that their actual age is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
uv999 offers new members a 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the applicable promo code must be applied at the time of making the first deposit.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means the bonus amount can only be converted to cash after wagering it 20 times.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

- Placing artificial or coordinated bets to meet bonus requirements.

5.4 VIP Program
The uv999 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 0.8%, and the Gold tier up to 1.2%. Players can move up to a higher tier based on regular gaming activity.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
uv999 uses software from established game developers to ensure fair play. The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely unbiased and not predetermined.
6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Errors

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uv999 platform. Violation of these may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.

Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by uv999
uv999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of the Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Account information proven to be false or incomplete.
- Account holder proven to be under 21 years of age.
- Multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified.
8.2 Closure by the User
